Quality Assurance

JIEM, Rajasthan has established "Quality Assurance Cell", which is a unique feature of this institute. The main aim behind starting this cell is to enhance the academic standard of the institute. This particular cell will include the following:-

• HODs, Dean, Director and members of Board of management
• Different types of procedures will be developed under a Quality Management system to achieve the quality standards mentioned below:-
• Well appraised teacher and non-teaching staff award schemes
• External and Internal Quality Audits on a timely basis
• Self appraisal system of staff
• Continuous improvement of the institute services through online feedback from the students
• Continuous improvement of the staff through online feedback from the students
• Continuous assessment of Remedial teaching
• Attendance monitoring
• Lesson plan compliance
